Happy Ads is led by Jawwad Jafri, a hands-on digital advertising leader and one of Pakistan’s early explorers of digital innovation.
Jawwad Jafri started Happy Ads six years ago with a simple conviction: Pakistan's brands deserved access to the same digital advertising technology and strategy that global markets took for granted.
He spent nearly two decades building that access as an InMobi country operator, as a performance marketer scaling fintech apps to hundreds of thousands of users, as a media strategist running Connected TV campaigns for Unilever and Coca-Cola at benchmarks that didn't exist in Pakistan before he built the infrastructure to deliver them.
Today, Happy Ads operates as a US-registered, full-stack digital advertising company serving brands across Pakistan, MENA, and APAC. The company's capability set — CTV, programmatic, in-game audio, AR filters, gamified rich media, user acquisition, and lifecycle CRM — is managed by a six-person specialist team that Jawwad built around complementary strengths, not headcount.
His approach to advertising hasn't changed: start with what drives real outcomes, ignore the formats that don't, and build proprietary knowledge — like Pakistan's first CTV benchmark dataset — that puts clients ahead of where the market is going, not where it's been.
